How does subscription work?

• Select a subscription plan, and pay for the first delivery on checkout
• Order for your pet food will be automatically placed as per the frequency you have selected
• Delivery will take 3-4 days from the date on which the order is placed, based on your location
• In case your payment fails, you will receive a payment link over email/whatsapp 3 days before your next cycle
• In case of failure in payment, subscription order will not be processed
• In case of any change in the product price, your subscription amount will be updated accordingly for the upcoming deliveries scheduled as per your subscription plan
